One of our most popular products, **Henkel | Loctite Ablestik 5025E** (also known as Ablefilm 5025E), is a silver-filled, unsupported epoxy adhesive film designed for ultra-thin, uniform bond lines. This epoxy is highly suited for microwave and heat sink applications. It excels in bonding microwave substrates to packages, offering RF/EMI shielding, and its high thermal conductivity makes it ideal for bonding “hot” devices to heat sinks where electrical insulation is unnecessary. The 5025E series provides excellent electrical and thermal conductivity across the x, y, and z axes, while minimizing squeeze-out during bonding. Its typical cure schedule is only 30 minutes at 150°C.
